Convenient Location 📍

This place is perfectly situated near the on-site restaurants, downtown area, and all forms of public transportation across the entire canton of Ticino. The breakfast served at 10:15 am was absolutely fantastic, with all the dishes being top-notch.

Hotel's location was favourable as it was walk from a funicular station. The room was big size and tasteful and had a lovely view of the city.

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options like pancakes, bacon, and tomatoes. the room was well-equipped and had 2 balconies, an extra bed, and indoor seating. - the hotel's location near Paradiso train station was convenient.

The hotel is located in a great area close to the city center and the lake. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a spacious bathroom, balcony, mini bar, and coffee available.

Wellness, friendliness of staff

our restaurant reservation for 2100 went forgotten, had to wait, but got table later.

Very friendly staff. Very modern room and very comfortable bed. Beautiful view looking over Lake Lugano. Had a bath, pool and gym - great to relax in.

Hotel Staff were very helpful. The breakfast is excellent as was the evening meal at the restaurant.

For the price of the room they could include complementary water by your bedside. Our room floor could have been a bit cleaner especially in those hard to get at areas (under the bed and table). Probaby only noticed this as I have a baby that was crawling there..

Check-in and check-out service excellent. Staff provided area information. Accompanied to special room with great view. Best breakfast in Switzerland. Pleasant hotel experience.

We greatly enjoyed this luxury hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. The location was particularly good for exploring this peaceful area, close to the Japanese restaurant and the Cuban bar as well as Lugano's Lake. It also was within 15 min walking distance to Lido Riva Caccia.

make sure you stay in the standard double room with the view of the lake.

We loved the pool and the modern room had everything we needed, plus it was right next to the lake.

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. I would definitely stay in this hotel again with my family.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing, with excellent facilities for all the family. The views of the lake were wonderful and the train station was only a few minutes walk away. It was an easy walk down to the lake front and the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and well set out.

It would have been good to have more choice on the menu for children.
